Property Sales Consultant

The role

The role offers the prospective consultant  the opportunity to join our team at Bentley Klyne  selling off plan investment properties to our investor clients.

The role is office based so the majority of your time would be on the telephone with the ability to meet clients, if required. We are looking for candidates who have a successful track record of Property Sales and have the discipline and motivation to achieve targets.

The responsibilities

You will need to demonstrate;

  • ·  ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • ·  Contacting customers to establish and build relationships
  • ·  Understand your customers’ needs and advise on suitable investment opportunities
  • ·  Identify new business opportunities
  • ·  Be the point of contact to answer customer queries

Skill required!

  • ·  Must have experience in an Account Management or Sales role
  • ·  Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • ·  Self-starter essential, must be able to deliver results
  • ·  Customer Focused
  • ·  Track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • ·  Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner
  • ·  Enthusiastic and ambitious character
